The High Commission for Addressing Refugee Affairs reported that on Sunday, 373 refugee families, totaling 2,048 individuals, returned to Afghanistan through multiple crossings points.
According to the commission, the refugee families entered the country via the Spin Boldak, Torkham, Bahramcha, Silk Bridge, and Islam Qala crossings.
The commission further stated that on the same day, 570 families were safely relocated to various provinces, while 452 families received cash assistance.
According to the commission’s report, 442 SIM cards were distributed to returning refugees during this period, each provided with free call minutes and activated internet packages.
