The High Commission for Addressing Refugee Problems stated that yesterday (Wednesday), 459 migrant families returned to the country from neighboring states.

According to the commission’s announcement, the total number of members in these newly returned families reached 2,356 people.

Based on the information, the largest number, 344 families, comprising 1,964 individuals, returned via the Torkham crossing.

It is worth noting that relevant Afghan government institutions distributed cash assistance and SIM cards to these families and provided them with transportation services.
