A high-level Afghan delegation, led by Zainullah Abid, Chief of the Staff of the Ministry of Interior Affairs, and Advisor to the Ministry, Abdul Rahim Saqib, shared the Afghan government’s position on Afghanistan’s security situation and security policies with participants at an international security conference in China.

During the conference, the Afghan delegation emphasized the expansion of regional and international security cooperation, stating that Afghanistan is committed to ensuring that its territory is not used to create insecurity against neighboring countries or other nations.

The Afghan representatives also called for stronger joint security cooperation with China and the countries of the region in combating terrorism, narcotics, smuggling, and organized crime.

During the conference, Afghanistan’s security policies and the Afghan government’s perspective on regional security were also shared with the participants.
