Local security sources in Kunar said that Afghan snipers today (Tuesday) targeted and killed a Pakistani soldier near the Disputed Line in Sarkano district of the province.
Sources added that following the incident, forces of the military regime fired mortar shells toward Asadabad, the provincial capital of Kunar, but there were no casualties.
It is worth mentioning that previously as well, snipers of the Islamic National Army have targeted and killed several Pakistani soldiers along the Disputed Line.
