The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has announced the launch of a training workshop for employees of thirteen Emirate institutions and ministries on the use of a digital document and correspondence management system.
The ministry’s spokesperson, Enayatullah Alokozay, stated that the system will play an important role in accelerating administrative processes, preventing forgery and corruption, saving time, and enhancing administrative transparency.
Officials added that the implementation of this system will further improve coordination among government institutions and reduce the need for paper-based procedures.
