Indian Politician Ajit Pawar Dies in Plane Crash

Ajit Pawar, Deputy Minister of India’s Maharashtra state, has died in a plane crash at the country’s Baramati Airport.

Indian media reported that four other people also lost their lives in the incident along with Pawar.

India’s aviation accident investigation agency has announced that it has begun an investigation into the crash.

Meanwhile, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences over Ajit Pawar’s death.
