Seyed Majid Mousavi, commander of Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Aerospace Force, reported that the number of Iranian missile strikes on U.S. and Israeli targets has doubled over the past 48 hours, signaling a significant escalation in Tehran’s retaliatory operations.
Posting on his official X page, Mousavi said the airspace has been opened for Iran’s major missiles, stating the operations as part of ongoing “series of punitive measures against the aggressors.”
He added that Iranian forces remain fully prepared to continue their operations and will respond swiftly and decisively to any threats.
Mousavi stressed that Iran’s military will continue its strikes to defend the nation’s security and uphold its sovereignty.
