The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi, held a video call with Turkmenistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Rashid Meredov.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both sides discussed bilateral relations, the expansion of regional cooperation, and joint economic and infrastructure projects between the two countries.
Mr. Muttaqi referred to the TAPI project, the railway line via Herat, as well as the TAP project, stating that relations between the two countries are developing.
Meanwhile, Turkmenistan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister expressed satisfaction with the growing relations between Kabul and Ashgabat and emphasized strengthening ties and advancing joint economic projects.
