The Ministry of Defense said in a statement that Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, visited the newly operational departments of the Shaheed Sardar Mohammad Daoud Khan 400-Bed Hospital Complex and reviewed their activities.
The statement added that Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid, accompanied by Commander of Health Affairs Dr. Mohammad Tahir Ahrar and several other officials, visited the Military Medicine Faculty, laboratories, classrooms, library, Imaging Center, new cardiac center, VIP department, telemedicine unit, and other sections.
The statement said that a special meeting was also held with the hospital’s specialist doctors during the visit. The Defense Minister praised the doctors’ services in treating members of the Islamic Emirate’s armed forces, listened to their concerns, and assured them of cooperation in addressing their problems and supporting further development.
