Security officials of Pakistan’s military regime stated that 246 attacks were conducted on its security institutions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa over the past year.

According to the released figures, these attacks took place in the districts of Dera Ismail Khan, Malakand, Bannu, and Peshawar in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

It was reported that the highest number of attacks, 215, occurred in Bannu.

Meanwhile, officials of the military regime expressed concern over the increase in these attacks and stated that advanced technical equipment is needed to prevent them.

According to the information, most of the drone attacks on the military regime’s security and military centers in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were carried out by the Pakistani Taliban.

Sources say that the rising number of attacks has spread fear within the ranks of the military regime, and reports indicate that hundreds of soldiers have deserted their posts as a result of this situation.
