The General Directorate of Passports reports that passport distribution has normalized Countrywide, with roughly 2,500 issued daily.
Director General Mawlawi Abdul Karim Haseeb noted that special arrangements have been introduced for patients requiring urgent travel and for elderly applicants.
He noted that regular applicants can receive their passports within two days, while the procedure is expedited for patients, the elderly, and those living in remote areas.
