The Ministry of Public Health has announced that Poland has donated 27 types of medicines, medical supplies, and nutrition-related materials worth $451,000 to Afghanistan in an effort to strengthen healthcare services in the country.

According to the ministry, the aid shipment arrived in Kabul today (Wednesday).

The leadership of the Ministry of Public Health praised Poland’s cooperation and described the assistance as vital for the treatment of patients.

The ministry assured that the medicines and medical equipment will be put into use after the completion of technical and quality control procedures.
