The groups that hide themselves under the false names of “Resistance” and “Freedom” have been making false promises of a bright morning to the people of Afghanistan for years, but in practice, they have always been the cause of bloodshed, betrayal, and dark evenings. Each new statement from them is a failed attempt to hide past failures and false promises.
The killing of Ikramuddin Saree is the true nature of this imaginary front; those who chant slogans of fighting against the Afghan government and the proud Afghan people are, in reality, victims of their internal conflicts, personal grudges, and intelligence games. Saree’s killing shows that this virtual group not only lacks a political perspective but also can not guarantee the survival of its key members.
The assassination of Saree shows that this group has even failed to provide for its internal security measures. This situation sends a message to the public that if they were to hypothetically come to power tomorrow (which is itself a fantasy), how would they ensure the security of the entire country!?
Ahmad Massoud’s emotional speeches, filled with threats and ambiguous sentences, are not the words of a responsible political leader but the cries of a defeated common person. Those who speak of ” Bright Mornings” do not offer emotional sentences, threats, or vague promises; Ahmad Massoud’s speech indicates that he no longer has a logical answer for his supporters and now wants to blame others for his failures.
If the Resistance Front is truly as strong as it claims, why are its leaders not present inside the country and living comfortably with their families in foreign countries? It’s well-known that this group makes fictitious claims. Individuals belonging to this group are often sacrificed due to personal rivalries, intelligence influence, and financial disputes, but the benefits ultimately go to Ahmad Massoud and his inner circle.
The slogan “Bright Morning,” which the group often uses, is just a linguistic game to stir up the emotions of the people. The practical reality is that every new claim they make is accompanied by new defeats, new disagreements, and new false promises.
