Ebrahim Zolfaghari, the spokesperson for Iran’s Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters, has threatened attacks on the facilities and affiliated networks of the media outlet known as “International,” which he described as a Zionist media organization operating in countries across the region.
He stated that this intelligence-linked media outlet uses satellite capabilities and the media infrastructures of certain countries in the region to create crises in Iran, spread false narratives and rumors, and work against the Iranian people in pursuit of the objectives of the “criminal United States” and the Zionist regime.
Zolfaghari warned: “We caution that if assistance to this malicious and satanic media outlet continues, the sources cooperating with it will also be added to the list of targets of the Islamic Republic of Iran.”
In response to this threat, Pakistani journalists have called for the closure of the offices of the International network in their country.
It is worth mentioning that “Afghanistan International,” which operates with financial support from foreign intelligence networks, is also a partner network of Iran International. It broadcasts content in favor of Pakistan’s military regime and against the Afghan nation.
The network reportedly fabricates unreasonable justifications to divert attention from the crimes of Pakistan’s regime in Afghanistan, fuels ethnic and regional biases, and attempts to create social disorder by spreading misinformation.
