Spring National Tree-Planting Campaign Launched in Nangarhar

The provincial Directorate of Agriculture launched the spring national tree-planting campaign in Nangarhar under the slogan “One Sapling for Yourself and One for Afghanistan,” with the initiative inaugurated by Deputy Governor Mawlawi Ghulam Rahman Haidari.

The Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock noted the campaign will include planting 4.7 million fruit-bearing, non-fruit, and ornamental saplings in different areas of Nangarhar.
