The 16th cabinet meeting, chaired by the Prime Minister of the country, Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhund, discussed important economic and administrative issues of the country.

According to a statement from the Arg, it was decided in the meeting that the customs duty reduction for left-hand drive vehicles in Afghanistan will be extended until the end of the solar year 1405.

The meeting also tasked the Economic Deputy Office of the Prime Minister to hold a meeting with relevant institutions and traders regarding certain imported goods, in order to assess transparency, quantity, and quality.
