On the night of February 21, airstrikes were carried out by the Pakistani military regime on several areas of Paktika and Nangarhar provinces, revealing the criminal face of that country once again, a face that tramples all the principles of good neighborliness and does more harm than good. As a result of these attacks, women, children, and elderly people were brutally martyred and injured, those civilians who had no affiliation with any military group and had no involvement in the conflict. Alongside reputable media, international organizations have also confirmed that these attacks have claimed the lives of civilians.

But some individuals affiliated with the “Resistance Front” and members of this so-called group have also exploited the blood of innocent Muslims for political gain and, with extreme audacity, praised these attacks while seeking justifications for these illegitimate and criminal actions. The Pakistani military regime and their intelligence media outlets claimed on social media that these attacks were deliberately carried out on the hideouts and training centers of their opposing militants, and even published fake lists alleging that members of the “TTP” were targeted. But the truth is that they bombed innocent civilians and a mosque, and everyone saw that the victims were not militants but ordinary peopl

During such events, the expectation is that all Afghans will unitedly show opposition to the Pakistani military regime’s attacks, condemn them, and take steps to defend the country to the best of their ability. However, the members of the Resistance Front, on the contrary, support that military regime, which has committed a blatant crime. The agreement between the Resistance Front and Pakistan, as well as the defense of this regime’s actions, confirmed the information that had been published some time ago; it was stated in that information that members of the Resistance Front are going from Iran to Pakistan, where arrangements have been made for their settlement.

The truth is that the people of Afghanistan are disgusted by such treacherous political movements. They hope for a life, a bright future, and prosperity under the shadow of a stable and secure Islamic system, and they do not want to become tools of the intelligence campaigns of those political movements that secure their place in the embrace of Islamabad and the army thru these campaigns. Members and supporters of the Resistance Front should ask themselves for what political purpose they justify the spilling of innocent blood by the Pakistani army’s bombs, praise and defend it, and consider it for the benefit of the Afghan people?

The stance of the members of the Resistance Front revealed that they have traded on the blood of the people for short-term political gains, old alliances, and blind opposition to the Afghan government. Those who justify the invasion of Afghan territory by a foreign army due to political rivalry are, in fact, undermining the moral foundations of their stance, revealing their true face to the people, and adding another dark chapter to their history.

Members of the Resistance Front must understand that the temporary excitement of a propaganda war incited by foreign powers can not diminish the burden of historical responsibility. Tomorrow, these traitors will be questioned about their positions, asking why they expressed happiness over the bombing of the mosque. Why did you negotiate over the blood of children and the elderly and write a political analysis in favor of the Pakistani military regime? The people have memory, and the people’s memory records positions, not slogans. This group distorted the truth for political gain, and this very distortion led to the collapse of their credibility.

Afghanistan is tired of the cycle of intelligence games. Neither the East nor the West, neither the North nor the South can heal the pain of this land. Any political faction that strengthens its position under the shadow of foreign power must understand that this shadow is not permanent, but the people’s hatred and distrust will last for a long time.
