Sputnik Russian media outlet reported that the Israeli military is installing hundreds of smart targeting systems and dagger-type night vision cameras in southern Lebanon to counter Hezbollah’s drones, which have reportedly become unprecedentedly advanced.
Sources stated that these drones, equipped with fiber-optic technology, are practically undetectable and cannot be reliably intercepted.
Hezbollah’s drones reportedly leave virtually no thermal affects and are resistant to jamming and signal interference.
Previously, Benjamin Netanyahu himself admitted that these drones have become a major threat to Israel.
Netanyahu’s admission has been described as an unusual and public acknowledgment of military shortcomings.
