U.S. Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, has announced that the initial test of the Golden Dome defense system has been carried out.
According to reports, the test involved the use of a new automated system and electronic technologies to counter simulated threats.
Hegseth wrote on the social media platform X that the test was successfully conducted according to the planned schedule.
