Bloomberg reported that U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has approved an emergency arms transfer package valued at nearly $9 billion for Israel, Kuwait, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.

According to sources, he bypassed the standard congressional review process to expedite the delivery of air defense missiles and laser-guided systems to the Middle East.

It is worth noting that during the recent hostilities involving Iran and the United States, U.S. weapons stockpiles in the Middle East, particularly air defense systems, were significantly depleted, placing additional pressure on existing reserves.
