The spokesperson for the Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs, Mufti Faisal, stated that in the solar year 1404, the ministry provided 12.6 billion Afghanis in monthly cash assistance to orphans, widows, and people with disabilities.
He added that, in addition to these cash payments, charitable and Welfare organizations also distributed food and non-food aid worth more than 9 billion Afghanis to these beneficiaries.
