The High Commission for Refugee Affairs announced that yesterday, Tuesday, 426 refugee families, totaling 2,466 individuals, returned to Afghanistan via the Spin Boldak, Torkham, Bahramcha, Wareeshmo Pul, and Islam Qala crossings.
The commission stated that 313 of these families were safely transported to various provinces, while 184 families received cash assistance.
According to the commission’s data, returning refugees were also given 442 SIM cards, each preloaded with active call minutes and internet packages free of charge.
