Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, emphasized the importance of Islamic religious schools (Madrassas) in preserving religious knowledge, jihad, prophetic morals, and Islamic identity during a graduation ceremony at an Islamic religious school (Madrassa) in Khost province.

Mullah Baradar stated, “The true spirit of jihad originated in Afghanistan’s Islamic religious schools, spreading to villages and cities. This transformed into a continuous and significant sacred struggle, leading to the shameful defeat of invading foreign superpowers.”

Addressing Afghanistan’s economic situation, Mullah Baradar expressing optimism, stated: “Fortunately, major national projects and activities for economic growth are currently underway countrywide. Trade relations with other countries have expanded, suitable markets for domestic products have been found, and essential national plans and strategies are in progress for the effective management of Emirate resources.”
