The head of the notorious and criminal National Security Agency of the fallen Republic, a CIA spy, and a member of the so-called Resistance group, Amrullah Saleh, who is based in the capital of Tajikistan, Dushanbe; is inciting and deceiving people to ignite the flames of war in Afghanistan.
Recently, the Hindukush Voice has revealed the sinister plans of Amrullah Saleh, who aims to target religious scholars, tribal elders, employees of domestic and foreign institutions, and madrasas. Although he and other malicious elements like him do not have the means or capability to implement such nefarious plans outside the country, these plans expose his hidden agenda, sinister intentions, and the goal of spreading fear among the people.
Amrullah Saleh, whom people recognize as a mysterious, intelligence, and espionage figure, worked in various positions during the fallen republic. He was always involved in the killing of ordinary Afghans, spreading fear and terror, attacking civilian targets and public places, the targeted killings of scholars and tribal leaders, and the implementation of severe and inhumane torture and abuse in the prisons under his control. He has become notorious for his crimes, with thousands of examples of atrocities against ordinary people.
When he was the notorious head of the National Security Agency, he imprisoned thousands of ordinary and innocent Afghans in jails under various pretexts, subjected them to severe torture, and some were even disappeared or suffocated under harsh interrogations. In addition, he committed major crimes in villages and towns alongside American and other foreign occupying forces, who bombed weddings, funerals, and other public gatherings at his request and based on his information. He destroyed mosques, schools, and madrasas, and committed numerous other crimes.
Beyond this, the fallen republic, in recent times, when the first vice president took office, he initiated a series of killings and assassinations of religious scholars, elders, tribal leaders, journalists, and other prominent figures with the help of foreign intelligence agencies, but the blame would be placed on the Taliban. According to the information from the previous intelligence agency, he had also planned attacks on Kabul University, hospitals, and other public places under the name and title of ISIS. In addition to these heinous deeds, Amrullah Saleh also extensively fostered discord and division among the tribes and ethnic groups residing in Afghanistan. Now that he has fled the country, he is still not satiated with the blood of the people and ordinary Afghans and continues to have sinister plans for their bloodshed and killings.
Plans to attack religious scholars, tribal leaders, elders, district representatives, representatives of the people, employees of institutions, and schools may not be feasible, but the malicious goals of Amrullah Saleh, his associates, and the addresses, fronts, and groups formed in their name regarding Afghanistan, the Afghan people, and civilian targets have been revealed. This has again proven that their enduring enmity with the people has not ended.
