Ata Mohammad Noor, the former governor of Balkh during the republic and a member of the leadership of the so-called Resistance Council, says his message two days ago was aimed at protecting Afghan youth and preventing foreign proxy wars in Afghanistan.
Noor said foreign interference is the root cause of Afghanistan’s problems. He warned that if verbal attacks and insults against him continue, he will expose his opponents’ secret intelligence activities, training camps and foreign links.
He also said he accepts criticism and guidance from the people but considers foreign mercenaries and circles completely a separate matter.
