The British government has pledged to lend Ukraine $3 billion, according to international media reports.
The agreement was signed yesterday by the British finance minister, with the loan expected to be financed through profits generated from Russia’s frozen assets.
These funds are designated for Ukraine’s defense sector, particularly for weapons production.
Notably, following a contentious meeting with Donald Trump, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky traveled to Britain, where he received a warm welcome.
