In a statement, Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) said that its Chief Executive Officer, Mullah Abdul Haq Hamkar, and the ICRC representative, Igor Meligrati, discussed ways to strengthen cooperation in technical, training, and equipment-related areas.
Mullah Abdul Haq Hamkar thanked the ICRC for its support in strengthening technical capacities and providing equipment, and said that further development of the electricity sector and delivery of better services require enhanced professional and technical capacities.
Meanwhile, ICRC representative Igor Meligrati described DABS as a good partner and assured that the ICRC would continue its cooperation in supporting the electricity sector and strengthening technical capacities.
