Kabul is hosting the Afghanistan–Central Asia Consultative Talks on Sunday.
Hamdullah Fitrat, the Afghan government’s deputy spokesperson, said the meeting is scheduled today at the initiative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
He added that Foreign Minister Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi will chair the session, which will include senior representatives from Afghanistan and Central Asian countries.
The meeting in Kabul is set to address political, economic, and security issues, while also exploring ways to enhance regional cooperation, trade, and transit.
