Kunduz’s Spin Zar Emirati Company will develop a major commercial complex in Qala‑e‑Zal district, the Directorate of Emirati Companies announced. The project, covering 51 jeribs of land, carries an investment of 550 million Afghanis.
The planned complex will include 788 shops, fuel stations, a Mosque, a wedding hall, healthcare centers, two restaurants, a futsal court, and a livestock trading center.
It is worth noting that a private firm will develop the 51‑jerib site, owned by the Spin Zar Emirati Company, into a commercial complex.
