Afghanistan’s recent launch of pomegranate exports to Russia marks a pivotal step in strengthening the country’s economy, according to government spokesperson Mawlawi Zabihullah Mujahid.
The initiative is set to open a key international market for Afghan fruits, especially pomegranates and fuel momentum in the country’s export growth.
