The High Commission for Addressing Refugee Issues says that yesterday (Friday), 879 families, consisting of 4,594 individuals, returned to the country through various routes.

According to the commission’s statement, yesterday SIM cards were distributed to 907 returnees, 816 families were transported to their respective areas, and assistance was provided to 835 families.

It is worth mentioning that over the past few years, the forced deportation of Afghan refugees from neighboring countries has accelerated.

On the other hand, the Afghan government has assured that it has made full arrangements for the management of returning refugees.
