Voice of Hindukush has obtained information from precise and reliable security sources that reports circulating about a bomb blast in Herat city are completely baseless. The incident was caused by the explosion of a battery belonging to an electric motorcycle.
According to the information, the motorcycle rider, an ordinary civilian, was injured in the explosion and is currently receiving medical treatment.
Herat security officials have strongly rejected the various contradictory reports circulating about the incident.
