Al Arabiya has reported that the results of a new opinion poll show that former prime minister Naftali Bennett and former military chief Gadi Eisenkot are now more popular than the current prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Zionist regime.
According to the report, the newly formed coalition party Ma’an, formed through the alliance of Naftali Bennett and Yair Lapid, has secured 28 seats, emerging as the largest political bloc. However, the opposition remains short of the 61-seat majority required to form a government, holding a total of 60 seats.
In contrast, Netanyahu has secured 50 seats, while Arab representatives hold 10 seats.
The report further notes that although the opposition would need the support of Arab representatives to form a government, both Bennett and Lapid have so far avoided entering into any coalition arrangement with them.
