Pakistan, a country struggling in the vortex of political, economic, and security crises itself, has not ceased interfering in Afghanistan’s affairs. Islamabad’s military regime, which has for years revealed its true face to the nations of the region thru its duplicitous and treacherous policies, is now attempting to revive the decaying carcasss of something called the “Resistance Front” by money and false propaganda. However, this show has no other achievement than exposing the dual nature of Pakistan and revealing its dark and evil inner self toward its neighbors.

In days when even Pakistani media and analysts admit that Islamabad’s “simultaneous policy of negotiation and threat against Afghanistan” has failed, the ISI, with its hidden budgets, is holding meetings in Islamabad for so-called “resistance leaders.” Those who have no place within the country and no legitimacy abroad have only come to once again serve as mercenaries for Pakistan and stand against the legitimate government of Afghanistan.

This project is a repetition of the same failed scenario that Pakistan has tested with its neighbors for years, each time ending in disgrace. Just as Pakistan has failed on the battlefield and in diplomacy, the mercenaries and figures it wants to use as proxies cannot stand up against the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, because no rootless tree can grow in foreign soil and cast a shadow over other places.

The interesting point is that even during the Istanbul and Doha negotiations, Pakistani media was republishing Masoud’s old statements against the Afghan government to strengthen their position. It seemed they were clarifying their position in support of fleeing losers and against the current Afghan government. But this ridiculous effort also yielded no results because reality is stronger than any advertisement. The people of Afghanistan know who stands with their homeland and who stands with the enemies of their homeland.

At a time when the territorial integrity of Afghanistan and the national interests of the Afghan people are at stake, treacherous figures who have chanted the slogan of “patriotism” for years are shamelessly standing alongside the enemies of Afghanistan and have become accomplices and united with the enemies of the Afghan people for personal gain and to avoid losing their servitude.

The memory of the Afghan people will never forget the fact that when the Pakistani regime invaded Afghan territory, the true sons of the nation stood their ground, while the false and traitorous faces ate the bread of shamelessness at the table of the enemy of the Afghan people. They remained silent in the face of their masters shedding the pure blood of children in Paktia, Khost, and Kandahar.

But to Pakistan and its lackeys, it must be said that a government that is itself struggling to solve its internal problems and wants to blame its neighbors for its weakness, how can it prescribe stability and strength for others? A country that is burning from within cannot change the path drawn with the blood of hundreds of thousands of martyrs by investing in a few fugitive and discredited figures who are also cursed by the people of their own land. Therefore, it must be said that Pakistan has invested in a shadow; a shadow that disappears with the first ray of reality.

On the other hand, the very Tajikistan that once listened to the whispers of these “virtual resistance fighters” has today, understanding reality and recognizing the true representatives of the Afghan people, separated its path from theirs and is moving toward engagement with the Afghan government. This development not only signifies the political growth of the Afghan government and the recognition of its true leaders but also indicates the complete isolation of these rootless figures who, for years, had masked their espionage faces with the guise of leadership over the Afghan people. No other country is willing to invest in those who have no credibility, even among their own people.

Today, the world also sees Afghanistan thru the lens of stability and reality, not thru the lens of the false cries of those who eat the bread of treason in European cafes and ISI offices. International media no longer give them a platform, and no regional government is willing to participate in Pakistan’s old games.

The outcome is clear; two failures (Pakistan and its mercenaries) can never stop the progress of Afghanistan, which is stepping toward stability and sustainability with the determination and will of its true sons. Afghanistan today is moving forward with firm steps toward independence and stability, while its enemies are seeking a fresh breath amidst the ashes of their failed conspiracies. This is the reality that the world witnesses every day.
