Sputnik, citing the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Special Representative, Radion Miroshnik, reported that Russia handed over the bodies of 20,353 Ukrainian soldiers to Kyiv last year.
According to him, during the same period, Russia received the bodies of 627 of its own soldiers from Ukraine.
Miroshnik also stated that since February 2022, Ukrainian attacks have killed 8,500 Russian civilians and wounded another 22,500.
It is worth noting that the Russia-Ukraine war began on February 24, 2022, and the conflict continues to this day.
According to reports, the war has claimed the lives of hundreds of thousands of people on both sides.
