In a regular meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, the National Procurement Commission approved 22 projects with a total cost of 3.5 billion Afghanis.
According to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, 35 projects were submitted for approval during the meeting, out of which 22 were approved.
The approved projects include the construction of retaining walls, canals, inter-district roads in several provinces, a dormitory building for the Higher Education Institute in Maidan Wardak province, and the completion of electricity supply and distribution projects in various provinces.
It is worth mentioning that these projects are funded by the Afghan government.
