Women’s rights—a long-standing issue—has seen its meaning and concept drastically transformed over time, increasingly employed by Western governments as a political propaganda tool or a lever to serve their own interests.

In this context, the Resistance Front, much like its Western patrons, exploits the issue of women’s rights as a means to legitimize its infamous movement. Despite its disgraceful past record, it occasionally speaks of supporting women’s rights.

In recent days, Ali Maysam Nazari, the Resistance Front’s head of foreign relations, announced in a post on his X (formerly Twitter) account the adoption of a resolution supporting women’s rights in Afghanistan. According to him, the resolution was passed following efforts by members of the France–Afghanistan Friendship Group, led by Bartolomé Lenoir.

This raises a critical question: Are the positions of the democratic Western world truly grounded in human values, or are they driven by political interests? This article aims to answer that very question.

Before delving into the core issue, it is worth noting that for those who still find the close ties between the Zionist regime and the Resistance Front surprising, it should be interesting to realize that any group, party, or movement aligned with the Resistance Front is directly or indirectly connected to the Zionist regime.

One such example is Bartolomé Lenoir, the individual Ali Maysam Nazari notably praised and credited as the key figure behind the resolution in support of women’s rights.

During the blatant aggression of the Zionist regime against Gaza, which resulted in the massacre of nearly 70,000 innocent people in the strip, Lenoir shamelessly sided with the child-killing regime and repeatedly declared his support for it.

The head of the France–Afghanistan Friendship Group—more accurately described as the France–Resistance Front Friendship Group—has openly expressed support for the Zionist regime. He condemned the arrest warrants issued for Netanyahu and his defense minister, and denied that the regime’s crimes in Gaza constituted genocide, contrary to the ongoing reality on the ground.

Considering the true nature of such malicious figures behind the resolution on supporting women’s rights in Afghanistan, it becomes evident that the stances taken by the so-called democratic world rest on a single foundation: submission to political interests.

How is it possible, one may ask, for a person—if even a shred of humanity remains within them—to take pleasure in the killing of thousands of innocent women, support the perpetrators of such atrocities, and then, on the other hand, issue a resolution claiming to support women’s rights in Afghanistan?
This, despite the fact that—contrary to such claims—women’s rights in Afghanistan have been ensured more than ever in accordance with the pure principles of Islamic Sharia, and in no measure have their rightful rights been trampled.

Ultimately, it is clear that such deceptive tactics and propaganda tools not only fail to lend legitimacy to the Resistance Front but also further expose its false and dependent character to the Muslim nation of Afghanistan and the world’s public opinion. People know well that a group whose hands are stained with the blood of innocents, and that has long been known for treason, mercenarism, and dependency on occupiers, cannot credibly claim to defend women’s rights and human values.

In a nutshell, these actions merely reveal the true nature of the Resistance Front and its Zionist and Western backers, demonstrating that behind all these resolutions and slogans lie nothing but political interests and colonial games.
