Anadolu Agency has reported that US President Donald Trump has threatened that, if necessary, the United States will destroy the remaining parts of Iran as well, adding that the next course of action will become clear very soon.
Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump said Washington was considering whether to take measures that, in his words, would prevent similar incidents from happening again. He added that Iran would need 25 years to rebuild following the war between the United States and Israel.
Commenting on a proposal sent to the United States through mediators regarding Iran’s nuclear programme, Trump also said that Iran could not take any action without US approval.
