Tasnim News Agency reported that the United States has warned its citizens in West Asia about the worsening security situation and the possibility of increased violence in the region. It also urged them to prepare for possible flight cancellations and disruptions to air travel, including potential airspace closures.

According to the report, US embassies in Palestine, Lebanon, Oman, Bahrain and Iraq issued separate advisories, warning of a possible escalation in regional tensions. US citizens were urged to exercise caution while traveling and moving around the region.

The advisories said some flights could be canceled in the coming days and that air traffic conditions could change suddenly. The US State Department has also warned in its latest travel guidance that the situation in the Middle East could change rapidly and disrupt air travel.
