General Directorate of Emirati Companies states that approximately 850 tons of olives will be harvested from the Wadi Nangarhar Agricultural Company’s farms this year.
Sources, quoting local officials, stated that olive orchards currently span about 571 hectares of land across three blocks. Last year, the total yield was around 350 tons.
It is worth noting that these farms were established in 1973 and now produce a variety of agricultural products, including olives and oranges fruits.
