The Panjshir provincial media office announced that, with the support of a partner organization and the efforts of the Directorate of Public Health, 9 million Afghanis worth winter supplies have been delivered to health centers across seven districts of the province.

The relief package comprised 269 blankets, 249 Turkish heaters, gas cylinders, 14 gas stoves, 200 mattresses, and 21 tons of firewood.

Speaking at a gathering, Panjshir Governor Hafiz Mohammad Agha Hakim stressed that securing fuel for all provincial authorities during the winter months remains a central priority. He also urged the Emergency Committee to ensure sufficient preparations for food, clothing, and other essential items so that residents can be properly assisted throughout the cold season.
