Qari Mansoor Ahmad Hamza, deputy spokesperson for the Supreme Court, stated that Afghan courts addressed 70,376 cases and issued 37,995 legal documents during the third quarter of the current 1447 lunar Hijri year.
Hamza noted that 67,447 cases were reviewed by primary and appellate courts, while 2,929 were handled by the High Court of Cassation divisions, with all rulings issued in accordance with Islamic Sharia.
He added that the Supreme Court remains committed to safeguarding citizens’ legal rights and reinforcing justice countrywide in line with Islamic Sharia provisions and applicable laws.
