Afghanistan’s Ministry of Defense announced that Defense Minister Mawlawi Mohammad Yaqoob Mujahid visited the 1st Border Battalion of the 15th Border Brigade in Ishkashim district during his visit to Badakhshan province.
During the visit, Mawlawi Mujahid reviewed the battalion’s border forces and encouraged them to remain committed to their duties. He also stressed the importance of strengthening efforts and maintaining a high level of preparedness to safeguard and defend the country’s borders.
