The Ministry of Water and Energy has announced that on Saturday, August 2, a major agreement worth $10 billion will be signed between the Ministry and the private sector for the production of 10,000 megawatts of electricity. The signing will take place in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar.
