The Ministry of Information and Culture says that the ministry’s Cultural Attaché in Moscow, Fazl-ul-Hadi Hamza, met with Anton Andreevich Kuznetsov, Deputy of the Department for Support of Arts and Folk Initiatives at the Russian Ministry of Culture.
According to the Ministry of Information and Culture, during the meeting, the deputy minister of culture of Russia handed over to Mr. Hamza an official invitation for the Minister of Information and Culture, Sheikh Shir Ahmad Haqqani, to participate in the Kazan Economic, Cultural, and Tourism Forum.
In addition, the deputy of the Arts Support Department stated that the Russian Ministry of Culture intends to send a high-level delegation to Afghanistan.
