Dozens of reserve officers in the Israeli army have voiced their opposition to the ongoing war in Gaza, declaring that they will not fight in what they describe as a war for Netanyahu’s political survival.
According to the Y-net News network, these officers have deemed compliance with the current military orders from their government as “immoral” and have called for a prisoner exchange and an end to the conflict.
One of the officers stated that more than 20,000 children have been killed so far, and that, from a moral standpoint, this path can no longer be followed.
