Every Afghan citizen has the right to discuss important national and social issues and share their constructive criticism for the purpose of reform. However, the criticisms of the Afghan government by its conscious opponents regarding important national and public issues do not take the form of constructive and logical criticism. Instead, they are clearly reactions driven by grudges, personal failures, political marginalization, and attempts to whitewash their past unsuccessful experiences. Such discussions are often raised by these opponents, like Shukria Barakzai, Mohammad Osman Tariq, Khalid Ehsas, and others, which are largely repetitive, exaggerated, and distorted.

These opponents are the ones who had power, budget, international support, and full authority during the republican regime, but they pushed Afghanistan into the abyss of corruption, injustice, and destruction. These opponents neither established a foundational system nor safeguarded national sovereignty; instead, they turned the government into their personal property.

Today, those individuals who have donned the mask of blind opposition against the Afghan government instead of providing scholarly analysis present personal opinions, emotional statements, and incomplete information. All their discussions have deviated from professional frameworks, clash with reality, take the form of political revenge, and are dominated by attempts to regain past influence.

They repeat discussions that have neither new ideas nor solutions to the nation’s problems, nor can they provide practical solutions in any area. Their illogical criticisms are only for media noise because reform can only come from those who have the intention and a clean record of reform. Their discussions confuse public opinion and divert important fundamental issues from their original course.

The most dangerous aspect is that these opponents deliberately distort Afghanistan’s internal, sensitive, and fundamental issues and present them to the world in a very negative light. They attempt to unrealistically portray Afghanistan’s true reality for their nefarious goals and personal interests.

The distorted narratives of the mentioned opponents seem to align with the political and propaganda agendas of Afghanistan’s enemies. Their actions are guided efforts by the enemies of the Afghan people, aimed at exposing the weaknesses of the Afghan government.

Since these opponents do not find another topic to distort and confuse their discussions and public opinion, they make illogical criticisms of Sharia laws like the Penal Code and others according to their desires and ignorance. It is clear that they are deprived of religious knowledge; sometimes, they insult religious rituals out of personal motives and jealousy, trying to appear very modern, but they do all this under the influence of others.

The new Afghan government is making successful efforts to maintain order, security, and national sovereignty after the end of war and occupation. Naturally, this process is difficult and requires a lot of work, but this effort is not comparable to the chaotic situation that existed during the rule of the previous rulers.

The criticisms of conscious opponents, who themselves have destroyed Afghanistan, have neither moral weight nor practical credibility and impact; no matter how loud these voices become, they cannot change the reality of their failed efforts and deceptive actions, but rather only make themselves more miserable and disgraceful.
