Al Arabiya reported that drone strikes carried out by the UAE-backed Rapid Support Forces in various areas of El Obeid city in Sudan, including a hospital, a funeral gathering, and a food supply truck, have killed 23 people and injured 19 others.
The attacks come as intense fighting between the Sudanese army and the RSF has continued for three years. In the first four months of this year alone, nearly 880 civilians were killed, millions were displaced, and the country has been pushed into severe hunger and famine.
