Sputnik reports that the United States is spending between $800 million and $1 billion each day due to its war with Iran.

Estimates from the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) suggest that the conflict’s cost hit $11.3 billion in just the first six days and has now exceeded $18 billion.

The report notes that these costs stem from the use of high-priced missiles, base repairs, and aircraft fuel, placing heavy pressure on the U.S. defense budget.
