The Office of the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs announced that Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar met with Afghan businessman and investor Mirwais Azizi.
During the meeting, Azizi said that all the technical equipment needed for a 10,000-megawatt power generation project has been purchased and will soon be shipped to Afghanistan.
He also said that construction of a major cancer treatment hospital will begin in the near future.
